The harvest
The menu is based on the daily feast fresh from our own garden or greenhouse, so we always cook with the seasons. In our greenhouse Eerlijke Oogst we grow herbs and vegetables on more then 3500 m2, our ecologist grows on more then 1 hectare in gardens in Haarlemmermeer. By growing ourselves we are sure that our products are fresh and biological.
