After a period spent gaining experience in Michelin star restaurants including La Tante Clair*** in England,
Jonathan Karpathios opened his own restaurant in 2007.
In his search for the source of his products and the people behind, his interest gained in growing himself. By growing himself he can ensure fresh and tasty ingredients.
‘I want everyone to taste how delicious food can be when prepared from the pure fresh ingredients from my own garden or greenhouse– ingredients that we use to create the most wonderful dishes.’
